Reduced/disabled haptic feedback

What is your feature request?
I would like to have option in the settings to reduce/disable haptic feedback.

Why do you submit this feature request?
I find it annoying and user experience inconsistent in ios to have haptic feedback for anything else than pup-up(confirmation, input) or error. This can be checked in any other app. With the current haptic feedback on opening and switching tabs I always feel like I made a mistake(based on how other ios apps works). I understand that some people like this, so that is why I am proposing this as an option in the settings.

How it would work?
-Reduce use case:
This option will reduce haptic feedback to only pup-up(confirmation, input) and errors
Option in settings: Reduce haptic feedback (toggle)
Option is inactive by default

-Disable use case:
This option will completely disable haptic feedback in brave.
Option in settings: Disable haptic feedback (toggle)
Option is inactive by default

Is this only you problem?
I found this regarding the problem:

*In this topic “solved” answer is not correct because haptic feedback is not controlled by system but function “bzzt” in brave-core/ios/brave-ios/Sources/Shared/Extensions
