Reconnect to Uphold

Unable to reconnect browser to uphold, get Error: Brave Rewards profile is flagged. Why isnt there a link with this error to contact support?

2 weeks and all I’ve received is the auto respond mail. Does it take this long normally to reply to a request? @Evan123
