On Brave for Windows, my account for uphold is no longer allowed to be linked as my profile is flagged. How can I have this be reviewed, and what would trigger such an event?

I’ve submitted a ticket, where do I ping on this forum so I get a response? The old thread you started here got locked a week ago, but I see people still posting there. How is that even possible, I don’t even see an option there to do it myself.
Those comments you’re seeing that posted after it locked were those whose posts had been caught by the spam filter. So when Mattches and others from Support were looking through anything in the spam filters and approved it, they then were processed and posted.
Keep in mind that in the past, usually is 3-5 business day turnaround for replies. They’ve been lagging behind a bit lately due to a number of changes being made. So it’s more like 7-21 business days for some. If you’ve been waiting more than 7 business days, you can create a new topic and share your ticket number, maybe even tag evan123 and/or steeven to see if either of them can look into it for you.
Just remember that tagging doesn’t mean they’ll ignore everyone else just to respond. They’ll just take a look to make sure your ticket didn’t somehow get skipped or that they hadn’t already responded and been waiting for you. I’m mentioning that because people sometimes get impatient and think tagging someone means it gets handled immediately. It can be a time consuming process and they have a lot to do.
