"Quick Jira" extension not visible after install and cannot uninstall it

Description of the issue:
https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/quick-jira/acdnmaeifljongleeegkkfnfcopblokj extension is not visible after installation, so I cannot use it or uninstall it

Steps to Reproduce

  1. go to https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/quick-jira/acdnmaeifljongleeegkkfnfcopblokj and click “add to brave”
  2. Extension will allegedly install
  3. But it’s not visible anywhere (on Chrome it’s visible)
  4. go to extension page again, refresh the page and try “add to brave” again: you will get “Download error: This item is already installed”
  5. try to delete the extension by going to “Extensions → Manage Extensions”: you will not be able to do this because extension is not listed there

Actual Result:

  • Extension is not usable
  • Extension cannot be uninstalled as it’s not visible in extensions manager

Expected result:

  • Extension should be either usable or there should be an option to uninstall it properly

hmmm… after restarting the brave all is ok now…
