PWA's crash immediately after installing RescueTime

Description of the issue:

Having installed RescueTime onto my mac computer suddenly the PWA’s I have installed through brave don’t work (This doesn’t happen on chrome)

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Install Brave
  2. Install PWA from website
  3. Install RescueTime and allow accessibility requirements
  4. Open PWA

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

It launches and then immediately crashes

Expected result:

It opens correcty

Reproduces how often:

Every time

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Brave: Version 1.22.67 Chromium: 89.0.4389.90 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional Information:

I have seen another topic PWA’s Crash Immediately which talks about this as well however there was not a solution.

Is this something that needs to be solved by Brave or RescueTime, it seems like a Brave issue as Chrome doesn’t have this problem.

Hi there - my solution from the other post was to just disallow RescueTime’s accessibility access. It still works fine as far as I can tell

Hey @spoofhopper That does work however if I do that it looks like RescueTime doesn’t work anymore? And when I open RescueTime after it trys to get me to do it again…do you get the same thing?
