Publisher that hasn't received payments in months

We have been receiving payments to our Uphold wallet monthly for years (since 2018). Payments suddenly stopped and we haven’t received anything since October 15, 2024. I’ve been logging in to the Brave for Publishers portal and the “Next Deposit Date” on the Dashboard just moves out a month every time and we receive no payment. What’s going on here?

I tried to file a ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests but it is asking for a Reward Payment ID from my Brave browser. But I don’t use Brave and never have. We are a large publisher that has been consistently being paid and then the payments stopped. Please help.

@eyedar I’m going to address a few things, but just keep in mind I’m an active user and not someone from Brave.

Part of your issue is you’re going to wrong categories. For example, you just created a topic saying Brave Rewards > Rewards Support which is referring to Brave Rewards…where people view ads to earn BAT from within the Brave browser. Your post should have been under Brave Rewards > Creators

And for you to get a ticket saying to provide a Rewards Payment ID, that also means you chose a Rewards Support Ticket instead of a Creators Support Ticket

I mean, you had an option between BAT/Rewards and Creators. It sounds like you needed for Creators Issues but you didn’t choose that. Hence you got the wrong form and didn’t get your help.

One of the things many people had been getting was just some BAT from auto contributions. However, those stopped a while ago. The only BAT you get are direct contributions from users. Typically those are going through immediately and aren’t a once a month payment like it had been. But I might be wrong on that.

One big thing you’ll notice did change is that on the Creators login you no longer see any BAT balances that you’re going to receive. That used to accumulate and show you what would be received.

You should submit a Creators Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=10061687185549 so someone can help. If they see a problem, someone from Brave will provide assistance.
