Hi, @Frodo, I really don’t know, I’m sorry. I think there may be technical issues, and issues with porting to Uphold; I also think some have tripped anti-fraud detection - either accidentally, unknowingly, or knowingly.
It’s only my humble opinion, but if a Creator or non- haven’t received BAT payouts for some months, they should consider that Brave may have seen indications of suspicious activity according to their detection system. Getting in touch with Support is best, providing all the details asked for, and being forthcoming and honest.
Anyone more knowledgeable than me on this topic is welcome to correct me if I’m mistaken.

However, it looks like you’re affected by a known issue with BAT not porting to Uphold. You can keep an eye for any updates here:
You could try the fix, too, it has worked for some.
Make sure you have the latest browser version, then disconnect and reconnect from Uphold. If it works, the BAT will drain into your account.
Yes, I have the same problem. Have had over 21 BAT sitting in my Brave Publishers account for several months that never gets paid, even though I have my Gemini Wallet connected and have received payments before. Every month I wait, and the payment never processes. 
A new update got released. Make sure you have the latest.
