Problem with Sync code

I just formatted my computer and when using the Sync code it says: This code was generated by a discontinued version of Brave. First upgrade your other device.

I would like to know if there’s still a way to recover my data, because I didn’t want to change browsers. However, when losing my data I prefer to look for another browser.

You need to either add the 25th word (if the sync code was saved months ago) or change the 25th word, since 25th word changes daily.
