Problem when clicking on a tab with the middle mouse button

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. You should have several desktops.
  2. Open new tab in brave browser
  3. Click on a tab with the middle mouse button, it should be closed, but brave browser moves to other desktop

Expected result:
it should be closed

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 0.68.132 Chromium: 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
windows7 (maybe problem exists on other windows wersions
