Problem scrolling on certain sites

Description of the issue:
It’s impossible to scroll downwards on some web pages.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Launch Brave
2. Visit https://www.bokadirekt.se/.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
When trying to scroll down it’s impossible.

Expected R esult:
I should be able to watch the whole web page by scrolling down.

Always

Additional information:
I’m using macOS Ventura v 13.6.6 (22G630)

The problem is caused by the option to accept or refuse cookies disappearing before the user has been able to choose, hence the web page hangs.
