Please help, i haven't received my ad payment in my uphold account

I would like some help from the moderators, I did not receive the payment for ads in my Uphold account, I waited until the payment process was finished to see if mine arrived, but it never arrived, I await your prompt response and help.

As additional information I received my payment last month, I have a 32-bit Windows 7 laptop.

I would like to know who I can send the DM to and well, your prompt help I will appreciate it very much @steeven @Mattches

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
