please add a feature of desktop shortcut of private window so that we can easily open private window using that shortcut

If you pin Brave to the taskbar, doesn’t a right-click on the icon show an option to open a private window?

You can as well use the trick below to make a Brave shortcut launch the browser in a private mode:
Just use Ctrl + Shift + N
