Pinch to zoom trackpad buggy

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Pinch to zoom using trackpad not fully max, about 60-70%
  2. Then try to scroll using your mouse (not the trackpad!)
  3. Scrolling will be buggy, cutting, very slow and irritating

Expected result:

Scrolls normally, works fine on all other chromium browsers.

Brave Version( check About Brave):

Version 1.58.127 Chromium: 117.0.5938.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:

Windows 10 latest build 19045.3448.
