Payment results in error

I have been using brave for like 3 years and I have always been facing this issue time to time. And just recently i faced it again. The issue is whenever i do an online payment with card it usually results in error. But it works fine with other browser. I have tried 3-4 times but it would always result in error. Is it regarding the brave shield or some other settings which I have to change??

Hello there @Utsav2931, please accept my apologies for this inconvenience. Could you please try opening your main profile in private mode or guest to see if the error no longer prompts? If it works, try disabling your extensions to see if this is the cause of the issue.

You can open a Guest Window by going to Main menu --> Open Guest window:

  1. On your computer, open Brave.
  2. At the top right, click Menu → More tools → Extensions.
  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.
