Description of the issue: Credit card transaction failed using Brave on desktop, and got error of invalid security code when all information was correct.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): Go to aclu.org, click donate, and enter credit card information.
Or, go to paypal.com -> wallet -> link a debit/credit card and enter credit card information.
Actual Result: Aclu.org indicates that the credit card transaction has failed. Chase notifies me that my card has been authorized, but in my account I see the transaction and a canceled transaction immediately after it (e.g., +$50 then -$50).
PayPal indicates that I have entered an invalid security code for my credit card, but all of the information is correct.
Expected result: The credit card transactions should go through. Both of these actions work properly in other browsers.
Reproduces how often: I tried both of the above actions twice today, and got failure every time.
