Passwords have only been saved sporadically

Recently, passwords have only been saved sporadically. As it appears, several have already commented on it. This is believed to be a more common problem. Although the entries are supposed to be saved each time you try to log on to a website, they will no longer be available the next time you visit.
If this cannot be fixed, the browser is meaningless for me. That would be unfortunate since Brave has been my first choice so far.
Furthermore, no passwords are displayed under “show passwords” despite the alleged storage.

Is there a solution for this ? Does this only affect Linux ?

Version 1.3.118 Chromium: 80.0.3987.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)

  • For example, it is possible to log in to Brave as usual. The saved data is found and the login takes place.
