Password manager lets me view all passwords without authentacation

Issue:
The password manager does not reqires my system password to view, edit or delete all my saved passwords. My issue is the same as this one, but restarting the browser did not help. As OS I am using Ubuntu 22.04.

Expected result:
Brave requres me to type my system password every time I want to view passwords saved in password manager.
