Password disappeared after update

Description of the issue:

I lost all the saved passwords after my brave browser automatically update to the latest version last night.
This is quite a disaster. I saved all my work and personal usernames and passwords in Brave but it all gone now. Could you please fix it asap.

It may not only happen to me. All the websites I usually go to automatically logged out. When I go to “setting” and “password”, all the saved passwords are gone.

Expected result:
have my passwords back.

Actual result:
all the passwords are gone
