"Outdated patch definitions!" every time I open Brave

Description of the issue: Every time I open Brave (or open a private window from the taskbar shortcut context menu) while a regular one is open, I get the following window:

Brave will load if I hit either Yes or No, it seems to have no effect. Also, clicking “New private window” in the taskbar icon context menu often does nothing multiple times until finally giving this box and, after selecting Yes or No, opening the window.

Brave Version: 1.13.82
Chromium Version: 85.0.4183.83

For anyone that is having this issue, I was able to get rid of the popup using this utility. And for Brave developers, this shows that it has something to do with the developer mode warning built into chromium.
