Other tab are magnet with the one i want to move to another monitor

Description of the issue: Other tab are teleport with the one i want to drag and move to another monitor when i drag and drop it

How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Drag and drop a tab on another monitor, having other tab open on the same window

**Expected result: Other tab will follow the selected one on the other monitor

Brave Version: v 1.8.86
