Description of the issue:
Open private with Tor, write any URL, Tor just spins around for ever, never connects to any URL. To resolve PC must be restarted. Private Brave and Brave windows work flawlessly at the same time.
Also Tor crashes when attempting to play video frequently crashing all open Brave windows with it.

If others do not have this problem, not sure how they will reproduce it.
Reproduces how often:
Almost every time. Especially if it has been used once. Second time it will not connect.

Win 10 pro, 64 bit latest updates (not 20H2).
