Only a small portion of my earned BAT deposited to Gemini. Stopped receiving ads 3 days ago. What is going on?

Briefly describe your issue:

I received ~1 BAT to my Gemini account while I eared about 5 BAT during the month of October. Where did the rest of my BAT go?

A couple of days ago I stopped receiving ads as well. I am not earning any more BAT. I assume something is wrong with my Brave rewards wallet.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

Windows 10.
Brave: V1.31.91

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

Yes.

What date did you verify your wallet?

August 2021.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Yes, ProtonVPN but only when needed (I use US servers anyway). 99% of the time I am not using VPN.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Yes.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes.
