Using Windows 10, Brave Version 0.63.55 Chromium: 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Troubleshooting so far:

  • I have gone into the Brave settings and allowed everything I could for the site.

  • I have put the shields down for the site.

  • I have tried logging out and logging in again to Outlook.

So far, nothing has helped.

@connexus Thanks for reaching out! I tried reproducing the issue from my end. unable to reproduce the issue in Windows 10 x64 with brave version 0.63.55. There is no infinte loop in loading the email from the inbox. With default shield settings itself it’s working fine.

Could you please try again? Can you make a short recording of the issue and share, If issue is reproducible consistently ?

Thanks!

The only good news about my issue is that it is reproducible. I just sent you a video from my phone. Let me know if it doesn’t come throughl .

I don’t think the video I created it sending (probably too large a file), but you can see it through this link:

Does changing from blocking all cookies, to only 3rd-party cookies only helps?
