Odd DevTools Navigation Tabs Color

Description of the issue:
The DevTools Navigation Elements/Tabs background-color has changed since the previous version in dark-mode. It’s an eyesore. Please change it back to the way it was.

This can be observed on the MacOS as well as the Windows version.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install latest version
  2. Make sure to use dark-mode
  3. Open DevTools

Expected result:
Tabs / Navigation Tabs should be dark and not have a blue’ish tint.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
v1.64.109

Came from Chromium, not a Brave specific issue
