Not respecting system scroll preference

Brave Version 1.10.90 Chromium: 83.0.4103.97 (Official Build) (64-bit)

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Set Mac sys pref for scrolling to “jump to the spot that’s clicked”
  2. Load any web page larger than display size
  3. Click on scroll bar to go to the spot that’s clicked

Expected result:
Web page should jump to spot clicked but only scrolls down 1 page regardless of system setting.

Additional Information:
This behavior just started with this latest build. Same behavior on both Mac Mini & Macbook Air

I’m having the same problem. Is it the latest update that is causing this headache? I’m running v 1.10.95 on one Mac and I can’t jump to the spot that’s clicked. On my other Mac running v 1.9.80 works great! How can we fix this?
I’ve already set my iMac to “jump to the spot that’s clicked”. It’s not working on Brave. Works with Safari.
