Not receiving December rewards with unverified wallet and get no reply on customer support

I didn’t receive my BAT reward from Dec for my unverified wallet. (Its supposed to be able to claim on Jan7). Now the pay day just change from Jan7 to Feb7 but still no claim button shows up.

Furthermore, already trying DM them for 2 times and didn’t get a single reply. Not sure if there still anyone care about this problem in their team. Really disappointed about Brave for the first time user.

Its already Feb, I still didn’t receive my Dec rewards…
