Not receiving ads since november 2 of 2021

Briefly describe your issue:

  1. I’ve been receiving the Brave ads til November 2, now I don’t receive any ad. I’ve taken a look at the ads history option to verify it.

  2. I’ve not installed any new software on my PC.
  3. I currently have 3 devices connected to Brave: 3 PCs. Both of them are experiencing the same issue.
  4. I’ve asked 2 friends who live in the same city and they are experiencing exactly the same issue.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10 Pro
Brave version V1.31.88

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
yes

What date did you verify your wallet?
10 months ago, I don’t remember

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Of course

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
My device is a PC

Hello there.

I do have the same issue although I don’t see pop-up ads since 22 October. (Yes, already tested the notification and I can receive notifications with no issues).

Otherwise, system specs are the same as the OP, including connected wallets to brave.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
