Not receiving ads from Brave

yeah in my case there only a few ads since 1st july compared with months ago, it happening in all brave browser in my home and office

For those of you who were not getting ads, was very likely due to this:

No ads is displayed on my Android phone

Well this answers a lot I suppose. I dug a little bit and it turns out that we recently made some updates to the ad catalog(s) in India that need time to propagate. There may have been a temporary hiccup in delivery over the past several days, especially on Android. However, we expect ads in India to return within 24h. Sorry for the inconvenience and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

I am in Argentina I have the same problem ads do not appear on windows 7 and on android 7 cell phones

Same problem in Spain. For several days that ads have not reached either the PC or Android. Can you tell us why ads have stopped coming? I have talked to many users and they have the same problem. No one is receiving anything.

I’m having the same issue in both Android and windows. Funny enough, after my BAT was restored after the last bug where it all disappeared, I now can’t get any ads.

As for windows, I’ve never received any ad notifications.

hello Brave,
i am from USA

I have installed brave browser on 9th july 2020 but till now not received any single ad.

Windows focus assist setting is off, notifications setting is on and brave is listed.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalled (with copying my default folder back over)
Brave Rewards and ads section both enabled.

Notifications do work as per this website: https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html

For users still encountering this issue, please send me the following information via DM – follow instructions exactly.

If you’re not seeing ads while using Desktop please the following:

1. In your browser, go to your brave://rewards-internals page (type it into the address bar) and click the Logs tab.
2. On the right side of the page, select Download full log – it will download a .txt file with some Rewards data in it.
   
   
3. PLEASE rename the file from the default – change the name to [YOUR USER NAME]_Logs. It will help support team stay organized and not lose users info in the shuffle of things.
4. Send a Direct message to me here on Community with the subject line [YOUR USER NAME]_Logs, and attach the logs text file you downloaded to it.

If you’re not seeing ads on Android:

1. In your Brave app, go to Menu --> Settings --> About Brave
2. Tap on the Application version 7 times to enable Developer options, which will appear in Settings beneath the Downloads folder.
3. Now, go to Settings --> Developer options --> Rewards Debug --> Export Rewards Database
4. Save the file, then open a DM here on Community, include the subject line `[YOUR USER NAME]_Logs, with me and attach the downloaded file to the message.

Note: Your rewards-internals/Debug information is sensitive/private and should not be made public. Please only send this information to official Brave team members via private message – do not post it publicly on the forum.

Hay manera de poder traducir incluso estas paginas de Brave al español???
Soy de Argentina, tengo creo todo configurado correctamente pero hace días no estoy recibiendo notifiaciones ni sumando BAT, anteriormente lo hacía, por mas que tengo 5 notificaciones por hora nunca me ha llegado mas de 2 o 3 al día y pasando varias horas navegando.
Tengo configurado para que no haga la contribución automatica, que me muestre 5 anuncios por hora y nunca he recibido esa cantidad de anuncios aun estando navegando por horas creo nunca haber recibido esa cantidad en todo un día.
