Not getting Brave Ads

Hello Support,
I am using Brave since long but I am not getting any ads whereas my friends are getting ads. Please help.

Before anything, you should make sure that your browser is up to date. Once you make sure that it is, you can run through these different points.

Make sure that Brave Rewards and Ads are turned on. You can check this in Reward Settings.

You should also make sure that Brave has permissions to send notifications, and configure Focus Assist since you’re on Windows.

I understand that your friends are getting ads, but if you live in different regions, it could be that your region doesn’t have any active ad campaigns. You can check how many active ad campaigns your region has here: https://brave.com/transparency/.

If you had been receiving ads and they just stopped, it could mean that you exhausted the ads in the catalog available to you as determined by your browsing patterns.

Lastly you should try turning Ads off, closing out, opening back up, and turning Ads back on.
