Briefly describe your issue: Not getting Brave Ads notifications on Brave for Mac. But I’m getting BAT for sponsored images. Bennish.net test notifications work for me.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
macOS High Sierra Version 10.13.6
Brave Version 1.36.117 Chromium: 99.0.4844.74 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) No

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Still nothing. Note that I have two user profiles. Both don’t get notification ads.

Still no ad notifications on mac. Meanwhile, I’m getting ad notifications on Windows 10 21H2.

Update: still nothing. Brave updated to latest version.

Everyone getting less or no ads in recent time. Main reason is crypto market is down now…many companies who were advertising their company before are not advertising that much. With time when market will recover everyone will get ads like they were getting before.

You missed the point. I’m getting ad notifications on my Brave installation on Windows, but not on macos.

I hope that’s the reason why we get less ads now. Its been a week and i really notice its really low compared in the last two months. I usually get ads around midday or earlier (estimated around 10 am up to 3pm) but this time around it always takes place around 2pm up until 7pm or nothing at all for a day. getting ads been spotty ever since.
So i’ll expect ill get low tokens when June 7 comes

Got this message from Support. The test works, and notifications are enabled, but still no ad notifications.

Sent email days ago to Support on what steps to take next. But no reply yet. Still getting no ad notifications. But I’m getting ad images and paid BAT for seeing ad images. @steeven
