Not receiving ad notifications at all

I am not receiving any ad notifications.
I have enabled notifications for Brave on my system preferences as well as on Rewards

However I am getting errors when running the following link on both Brave and Chrome:
https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html

Was a silly mistake on my part

I have also started receiving ad notifications randomly from today, but I haven’t changed any settings. Do you know why I was not receiving any before today though?
