Not able to connect another device on my current VPN subscription

I can NOT link my VPN subscription on second device. it states that something went wrong with linking my account. How can connect the second device?

Whats your Brave version?
Could you try contacting them by clicking on Brave vpn → Restore → contact support?

it seems linked now, somehow. thanks. How can I keep VPN ON all the time as long as PC (Windows) on? Now I will have to turn VPN ON every time I start my PC and every time the PC sleeps for some minutes? I can’t find the setting how to make it connected automatically.
