Hello! I bought brave vpn and its not working it keeps saying cannot connect to server im using it on a laptop.

If you are using a Windows laptop, we are aware of an error that is occurring on some devices that is preventing a connection. We do have a full step by step workaround to resolve the issue if it is indeed this error.
Would you kindly contact us directly via email so that we can provide the steps to assess, then resolve the issue for you? You can email us by clicking on the Brave VPN in the toolbar and selecting the gear icon, then click on Contact technical support.
I am having the same issue. When I try to email you by " clicking on the Brave VPN in the toolbar and selecting the gear icon, then click on Contact technical support." the drop down box to fill in goes below my screen even if i try zoom in it does not alter the size and it will not let you scroll down so I can complete and send? can you suggest another way to email you or to make the drop down tech support box useable? I also have a windows laptop.
i have exactly the same issue, cant even send the report because of the dropdown box, i cant even find an email address to contact suppor, i just purchased the VPN , what a welcome!
My apologies for the UX error that you are experiencing with the support form. Since the contact form on desktop is sent via API, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and note which type of operating system you are using as well as where you originally purchased the VPN service so that we can resolve the connection issue for you.
If people talk about Windows, People might want to install Nightly and enable
They are moving away from using OS specific APIs for the VPN, which causes many issues on windows, and they are using the better Wireguard for VPN on desktop computers just like they are used in mobile.
it is still work in progress, but might be a better experience than what Windows users currently have.
