No Verify Wallet Option

There is no option to verify my brave wallet when I go to rewards. See screenshot (https://prnt.sc/pisz3g). I use Brave on my work computer as well and it allowed me to connect my uphold wallet but the wallet on my personal computer has never given me the option to.

Brave Version: Version 0.67.125 Chromium: 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) [says it is up to date]

Because your Brave version is outdated, @BranBello. Latest release is 0.69.x and wallet verification is available since this version – 0.69.x.

Did you use Windows? Can you try:

  • Download the installer from brave.com/download or if you still have a copy on your device,
  • Then run the installer. Make sure you close all Brave processes.
  • No need to uninstall . Just run the installer. It’ll try to fetch the latest version.

Let me know if it’s still not working.

Thanks for getting back to me. I’m going to try to re-download as the installer failed to fetch the latest version. It’s just weird that the current build on my computer is showing it to be the latest version then. I suspected that it was outdated.

Update: it runs the installer then immediately tells me “installation complete” without changing anything or doing anything.

After a uninstalling and installing the new version of Brave it properly updated and worked. Thanks again!
