Uphold Wallet Verification and Brave Rewards

Issue Description: There is no button in my reward settings to verify my Uphold Wallet.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. I navigate to my Rewards Settings.
  2. In the top left corner there should be a button to verify the Uphold Wallet that I created.
  3. This button is not present for me. Neither does it say that my wallet is already verified.

Expected result: I have no way to verify my wallet currently.

Brave Version( check About Brave): Version 0.55.22 Chromium: 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Any help with this issue would be much appreciated!

Your Brave is outdated. Try with the latest version 1.9.x.
