No receiving my november rewards and my wallet now empty

Description of the issue:

Yesterday I have received a notification in the reward feature (top right icon :arrow_up_small:) and I clicked on but…that work, work, work…and nothing happens exatly like explained in this topic: I receive a gift in my android device but I can't claim it!

After a fews minutes (~30mn) I have clicked again to go on the feature of Brave rewards. And a new wallet has been created and all my Ads rewards accumulated before have been loose!?

I wanted to keep all of my BAT coins until the withdrawal function will be available but now I end up with 0 BAT!? And there is no information, no history about that and the function of self-contribution was disabled.

To summarize I lost the accumulated BAT before and received nothing for the ads seen in November.

Expected result:

Refund my earnings if bug?
