No payout even though getting ads and accumulating earnings

Briefly describe your issue:
I tried wiping my wallet and reconnecting Uphold in November 2023 and I still didn’t get a payout for December even though my Brave Rewards page shows I’m accumulating earnings. This has happened since August 2023 but I haven’t made the effort to post.

I have a long list of ads in the 30-day ad history page for December too:
