Hi there, I didn’t receive the BAT reward payments for September and also October. The last payment received was August 8th. There should have been around 20 BAT for each month, the predicted payment amount just went to zero but nothing arrived on my Uphold account… Any help or suggestions please?

Hi @steeven , these were for Ads. I’m using Brave on two windows systems… also, right now the rewards panel here is telling me an estimated payment of 22.2 BAT for Dec 5th but Ads viewed shows zero?!

Going to follow this thread. I’m having a similar issue. I reformatted my laptop around late August early September and reinstalled Brave. After putting in my key and loading my tokens, all I get is “No activities yet…”. I do see the correct amount of BAT’s. My last statement was September 20th, but I don’t expect to receive anything this month.
Thank you @zischer, please DM with the following information:
- Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on
brave://rewards-internals) - Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in
brave://version) - A screenshot of your Rewards panel in
Settings --> Brave Rewards.
This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
As my rewards panel at home only showed some 0.5 BAT I just uninstalled brave and deleted all browser data, then reinstalled the latest version… and now ads are showing up again there. Maybe there’s some problem with a file in the AppData directory?
