Reposting as an admin closed the previous thread without reading properly or addressing the issue at all.
I haven’t recieved a creator payment since MAY 2020. Over 15 months. There is an ongoing issue here not being addressed. I would like my BAT to be paid out please. Can this be investigated properly?
It has stated generating the entire time. I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting my wallet. I don’t know what else to do.
Please do not close this before actually fixed and I can say thanks for your help. I understand you don’t want to flood the forum with generic questions but this is a real issue ongoing for over a year that needs to be resolved. Ots not only me as someone else responded with the same issues.
