No Brave Ads and no BATs transfer into my Uphold account

HI,
I didn’t receive any Brave ads during the last weeks, and I’ve already checked the FAQs so the problem must be something else.
Moreover, I’ve accumulated some BATs in the previous month, which usually were transferred from Brave to my Uphold account. This time it hasn’t happened and I don’t know why. I’ve already contacted Uphold and they say it’s a Brave issue.
Please, fix these issues.
