Briefly describe your issue:
As the title says, I stopped receiving ads after I installed a new hard drive 2 or 3 weeks ago so I could upgrade to Windows 11. I do not receive any ads in the home page feed, nor do I receive push notifications. I do slowly receive rewards for visiting some sites in the home page feed. Focus assist is off. Notifications are turned on in windows. Notifications are allowed in the browser.

Yes, but turning it back on hasn’t changed anything.
Perhaps Win11 has something to do with it, but another user in my home has Win11 and I upgraded their computer for them at the same time and for the same reason. They have no problem with notifications or ads. The only difference is they haven’t bothered to verify a wallet yet.
I did view the logs, but the primary errors I get are related to empty token lists (empty for weeks at a time which shouldn’t happen in the US), failure to retrieve uphold balance, unexpected http status, and with the occasional “publisher info not found” error sprinkled in for good measure.
This is mostly what I see. EDIT: I do still get credit for viewing ads in the news feed, but it is very, very little. I could spend all day, everyday viewing them and reading articles and I would still only earn maybe 5 BAT in a month. Not worth the trouble.
I’m kind of earning that a month… What feed are you speaking about? My new tab ads start working if I create a new profile… But if I copy all the profile data from default into my newly created profile, then it stops working also
I am talking about the news feed from the homepage. You have to have it enabled. Once you do, you can scroll down on the home page and see articles and occasionally an ad in the feed. As of this moment, that is the only way I can earn any BAT at all and I am getting roughly 0.005 BAT every three articles I read. That is pathetically low.
At the pace I am currently earning, I will make about 2.4 BAT this month, even though my attention is easily 5x what I normally give. The push notifications used to be so much faster and easier.
I suspect my account, profile, or wallet is flagged for some reason.
Whatever the issue is, I can’t justify the extra time I spend on my computer for such a small payout.
