Description of the issue:
Brave rewards are working, and my BAT count is visible, but there are no new ads showing up today at all.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Have refreshed the new tab page many times throughout today, restarted browser, restarted PC (windows 10) and no ads appear, and so that BAT count doesn’t go up.

Expected result:
Ads every 5 times I refresh the new tab page.

Was working yesterday (although 4 ads per hour is the max i ever see)
