Description of the issue:
Hi, For some reason Brave has not displayed any ad notifications in almost a week, even though I have it setup to show up to 5 ads per hour. This is very unusual, as I seem to have almost always seen 1 or more ad notifications per hour.
How can this issue be reproduced?
