New tabs disappearing [~110 tabs opened] [Minor]

Description of the issue:
When I have opened up to 110 tabs new tabs didn’t show up after contain amount.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

1. Open many tabs.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:
Drop down, scrolled tabs, tabs on side <3 (like in Vivaldi)
Reproduces how often:
Every time
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Version 0.64.77 Chromium: 74.0.3729.169 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Additional Information:
I think is minor bug, because who’s normally use more than 110 tabs except me.
