I love the Brave browser, just downloaded it on my Windows 10 PC, but find, even though logged into Amazon, when clicking on a search, I get bounced out of Brave altogether, as though I never even opened the browser. When I go back into Brave, I am given the option to restore the page, which restores, but issue is still there. Brabe is great with everything else, what’s with Amazon anyway hahaha?

Can you please tell me your Operating System and Brave version? Additionally, are you saying that when you visit Amazon the browser crashes?

Would it be possible for you to share a short screen recording of this behavior?

In the message, I mentioned I am on a Windows 10 PC and have the latest Brave version.

I also mentioned that I can log into my Amazon account from the PC, but when attempting a search, and hitting the Search or Go button, the browser closes out.

Could you be on the side of the road brave://crashes/ check to see if there are any crash reports? If so, please send the unsent reports manually (by clicking on the text) to the Brave developers. :slight_smile:
Should it be a crash, it will probably be fixed in future versions.

Hi, could you still check brave://settings/help to see which version is installed?
It’s about the following info text:
Version 0.64.76 Chromium: 74.0.3729.157 (official build) (64-bit)

No crash reports. It’s as though I never opened the browser in the first place. Is there a place to check for, say, a crash history?

You can check crash history in brave://crashes

Additionally, I’d very much like to see this behavior to help diagnose the issue – a screen recording of this in action would be very useful.

On my end, I’m able to login to my Amazon account and browse/interact with the site without issue (tested on both macOS and Win10 systems):

I went to do a screenshot, and found out since my Windows 10 updated, my screenshot key combination no longer works.

Hello again,

I went into settings and saw that crash reporting wasn’t enabled, so I turned it on.

Next, I went to Amazon and did a search for tablets, and Brave did crash, so you may get a crash report from that, I just did it maybe five minutes ago, if that.
