Never received May payout - what should I do?

Hi, everyone.

This is just another post about the old same issue some of us face every month.

May payouts to verified wallets are fully processed now, but I never received my fair share.

I started using Brave in March and I’m a proud user since.

I got my first payout on Uphold in April.

This time, though, I never got it.

Can you give me some tips about what to do? Is there a support center where I can open a ticket or ask for help?

Also, since a few days ago, my BAT count is stuck, showing last month’s estimate. Now it never updates.

I sent a DM to @steeven a few days ago with common information he asks other users, but no answer.

True. Is there any support contact or @steeven is a “one man show”-customer support, the only one in the business?

He told that they dont gonna reply any DM or Email till payout process has ended

Well why can’t they give us some sort of time frame to when they will be finished. Just sitting here in limbo is kind of messed up. Ive never had my ad rewards take 5 days to process to uphold. Its at most a day maybe it took 2 days once. All I know is leaving us in complete darkness is somewhat unprofessional in my opinion and to me it also seems kinda shady. I mean how do we know they are actually processing payments. I see no change in my creators dashboard at nor on my Uphold account. I think that as the Brave Browser users we are the most integral part of Brave as well as BAT. It wouldntnt hurt to keep us in the loop about whats going on. Just stating payments are processing doesnt cut it for me. Not after more than 4 days doing so. Thats too long. I think we deserve some transparency here. Can we have an update or a time-frame please?

Payouts are not processing, they are completed since last week. That’s why I wrote this post and sent him a DM

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
