Need separate Brave Shield settings for incognito

1. I’d really like to have separate Brave Shield settings for normal mode and incognito mode. So I can keep incognito mode settings in strict mode and normal browsing in standard mode.

2. We also need the option to select a different search engine for each mode, as in Android.

Have you tried creating a new profile? You can have different settings, including search engine settings for any profiles you create. There are a few global browser settings, but most are configurable by profile.

Welp, can you explain why what you are looking for is different from opening a profile in incognito mode? Maybe more users would vote if you explain why that wouldn’t work.

I will need to manually change each and every setting for a second profile to make it really incognito, and I cannot open a second profile with a shortcut button. An option to change SHIELD settings for incognito mode will be much preferred. Also there is no option to create second profile on Brave mobile.
