Need refund from Yearly Subscription for VPN

Hello Brave Support Team,

I would like to ask for assistance on refunding my accidental purchase on the VPN yearly subscription.

I forgot to unsubscribe on time after the trial period and was surprised when 5,600 pesos was suddenly deducted from my GCash account. That money was supposed to be used to pay off my rent for the month.

I did not use the product much, only for testing its effectivity. It was effective but I don’t need the service right now since I am struggling financially. If I had the funds, I would use the service. But circumstances won’t allow me at the moment.

I have tried contacting Google Play and sent a ticket, but it was denied and redirected me to contacting Brave directly (which is you guys).

I would greatly appreciate help from the Brave Support Team for processing the refund. I badly need the funds to pay for my rent.
