Wow, you are giving a lot of tips to your friend. He must love you. It’s also weird that you have access to his creators account.
Are you sure you are not tipping yourself by mistake? 
Anyway, tips may take some time to appear.

If you look at what it shows on the Creators part, ownership of the channel was transferring. Channel will be transferred from current owner in 10 days.
So either tips won’t go through or it’s going to go to other side of things. My assumption is that’s your big issue. Check back after those 10 days.
