My earned BAT 10.05 will only get paid 4.75. Why is this? Picture was taken from brave creator

In My Brave Creator page, I am awarder 10.05 BAT that is still in progress, but only 4.75 BAT payment will be made. Can anyone explain to me the procedure of getting BAT payment you earned? u/bat-chriscat maybe can help explain?

4.75 BAT at periode (1 - 31 December 2019)
5.3 BAT at periode (1- 8 January 2020) (Freeze For Next Payout Schedule February 2020)
